RETURNS
All returns must be authorized by emailing DOL using our CONTACT page and must be sent within 7 days of receiving your order.
*Returns are subject to a 15% RESTOCKING FEE for refunds. All refunds will be processed within 14 days of receipt of merchandise and credited back using your original form of payment.
All merchandise must be returned unworn, unwashed, in their original condition with ALL tags and packaging intact. All returns are accepted at the sole discretion of Dreaming of Leonardo, LLC and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
**Non-apparel, sale items, promotional code purchases, swimwear, toys and decor are all FINAL SALE and may not be returned or refunded.
Faulty Items: If you receive any defective items, please contact DOLÂ within 2 business days of receiving your order. Once inspected and approved by DOL, items will be replaced and only refunded if a replacement is unavailable.
